Ninesen?1005 is a micro-emulsion type compound agent for metalworking fluids. This product is formulated through a scientific formula with non-ionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, anti-rust and anti-corrosion agents, lubricants, and additives. It has excellent chip removal performance, anti-rust and lubrication properties, as well as outstanding anti-mildew performance and water quality adaptability. It can be used with deionized water, municipal tap water, or groundwater. It has no peculiar smell and does not contain harmful substances such as sodium nitrite. It is simple to blend. There is no need for heating, and it can be used after being evenly stirred. When Ninesen?1005 is mixed with water in an equal proportion, a concentrated solution is obtained, which is then diluted with 15 to 20 times the amount of water to obtain the working fluid. It is widely applied in metal processing fields such as high-speed wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM-HS), cutting, and grinding.
