Ninesen?5102专门为优质沉载导轨油设计的复合增长剂，该产品由摩擦改进剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈防侵蚀剂、抗氧化剂等经科学配方造备而成。拥有优越的防爬机能，优异的抗磨机能和承载能力，摩擦滑润不变，拥有优异的热氧化安谧性、水解安谧机能及切削液分离机能，在1.5%-2.5%（wt%）的剂量下与适合的基础油可调配多种规格的轨路光滑油，宽泛利用于各类工业场景如冲压机床锻压机、冶金设备、港口设备等沉载冲击、频仍启停的导轨系统等，调合的制品油满足ISO 6743-4、DIN 51522及JIS K 2225的规格要求。
Ninesen?5102 is a composite additive specially designed for high-quality heavy-duty guide rail oils. This product is prepared from friction modifiers, extreme pressure anti-wear agents, rust and corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, etc., through a scientific formula. It has excellent anti-crawling performance, outstanding anti-wear performance and load-carrying capacity, smooth and stable friction, as well as excellent thermal oxidation stability, hydrolytic stability and cutting fluid separation performance. At a dosage of 1.5%-2.5% (wt%), it can be blended with suitable base oils to prepare various specifications of guide rail lubricating oils, which are widely used in various industrial scenarios such as stamping machines, forging presses, metallurgical equipment, port equipment and other heavy-duty impact and frequently started and stopped guide rail systems. The blended finished oil meets the specification requirements of ISO 6743-4, DIN 51522 and JIS K 2225.
