Ninesen?5101 is a high-quality functional additive complex developed for rail lubricating oil. This product is prepared from carefully selected high-quality friction modifiers, anti-wear agents, rust and corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, etc. through a scientific formulation. It has excellent anti-crawling performance, outstanding anti-wear performance and load-carrying capacity, and features smooth and stable friction. It also has excellent thermal oxidation stability, hydrolytic stability and cutting fluid separation performance. When added at a dosage of 1.5% - 2.5% (wt%), it can be blended with suitable base oils to produce various specifications of rail lubricating oils. These oils are widely applied in various industrial scenarios, such as the hydraulic guideway systems of precision machine tools, vertical rail systems, etc. The blended finished lubricating oils meet the specification requirements of ISO 6743-13:2020.
